Overview

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers & Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment, whether in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring food safety standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to provide a safe drinking environment. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and recommend drink pairings. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic math skills for tab calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktails, and beverage offerings to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tab calculations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with brewing processes is a plus for those interested in craft beverages. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a nightlife or catering setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
