Job Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll serve both as the heart of our guest experience and an ambassador for our in-house brewed beers. You're expected to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every visit is memorable. Your role involves crafting a range of beverages, from timeless cocktails to our signature and craft beers, with expertise and inventiveness.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including our exclusive craft beers, adhering to standard recipes. Engage with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations, with a focus on our unique brewed-on-site beers. Ensure the bar area remains clean and organized, following health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and restock supplies, including kegs for our 12 taps. Handle transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Foster a team-oriented environment and deliver superior customer service.

Work Hours & Benefits:

This position offers 20-30 hours per week Thursday-Sunday We provide paid time off, making it easier to balance work and personal life. A chance to grow professionally, including learning about the brewing process and craft beer industry in a supportive, enjoyable environment.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a bartender and server A robust knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving, with a keen interest in craft beer. A positive demeanor and excellent communication abilities. Commitment to maintaining an organized, stocked, and clean bar. Compliance with age requirements for alcohol handling as per state law.
