Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience in fine dining or nightlife settings, along with proficiency in various Point of Sale (POS) systems. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotional offerings to enhance sales opportunities. Social media posting of establishmen and operations.

Skills

Proficiency in Shift 4 or Micros POS systems is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Previous fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience in the food service industry with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus for craft beer offerings. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
