We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks using established recipes and techniques. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery to guests. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and food safety practices. Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently. Assisting members in signing-up for in-house drawings. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Skills

Being familiar or able to quickly learn your way around Tab Wizard POS system. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment. Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, banquet service or food industry environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure health compliance. Ability to perform basic math for billing, retail math for sales tracking, and cash handling accurately.
