Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Ensure food safety standards are maintained by handling food properly and following sanitation protocols Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing efficiently to ensure accurate transactions Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in accordance with health regulations Use effective time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing excellent customer service Follow all food handling and safety procedures diligently to ensure guest safety

Skills

Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments Proficiency with POS systems ; strong cashiering skills required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Strong knowledge of the food industry, beverage preparation, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods in nightclubs or busy restaurants Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
