Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender with serving experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Bartender must also be able and willing to run a section, and wait on tables. Looking for someone available to work lunches, with open availability.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using A POS systems. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks and food items. Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail recipes, and new products to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

Previous bartending and serving experience is required. Five years preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings within the food industry, and a good working knowledge of wine and wine service. Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends as required by the business needs. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7.20 - $9.00 per hour
