Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Engage in friendly and professional customer service interactions
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient bar operations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong basic math skills for accurately calculating orders and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and ability to mix cocktails according to customer preferences
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for guests
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Understanding of retail math principles for managing inventory, pricing, and sales calculations
- Strong hospitality skills, including the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
