We are seeking an

experienced and energetic Bartender/Mixologist

to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, serving beverages, and providing top-notch customer service. You will also play a key role in creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, whether they are enjoying a night out, dining in, or attending a catered event.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits to make recommendations Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and minimize waste Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and work areas Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with special events and catering services that include bar service Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist required Must be at least 21 years old Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., BASSET certification for alcohol service in Illinois) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
