Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bartender/Front of House Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front of house while maintaining and tending to bar customers, serving tables, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth restaurant functioning.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the front of house staff, including servers and hosts
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Brewing, Math, Catering, Sales, Toast POS, Cash handling, Cash register, Banquet, Customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
