Mangoni is looking for candidates to fill our bartender position in Winter Garden. New team members should have the ability to work various shifts along with weekend availability preferred. Looking for multiple new team members. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips.

Responsibilities include:

Must be able to work one day during the weekend Greeting our guests as they come in making them feel welcome Passion for craft cocktails Educated palette with liquor, beer, and wine Experienced in a wide range of spirits, cordials, bitters Knowledge of liquor laws Bar cleanliness Preparing beverages following our recipes Learning our registers and having good customer service skills Being able to upsell Be a good team player and help everyone in the operation Ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast pace, high volume Ultimately you will ensure all of our guests feel welcomed and receive an excellent drinking and dining experience
Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear; and taste or smell

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
