You will be responsible for providing a memorable bar top experience by anticipating guest needs, offering detailed menu knowledge, and delivering warm, attentive service. Essential Job Duties:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere Execute cocktail menu to exact specification with detail and care Use provided tools/equipment as directed by bar management Present extensive backbar knowledge when requested by the guest Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food and beverages in an elegant and timely manner Maintain an organized work space and cleanliness throughout service Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service Assist with special requests and dietary requirements Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and service protocols Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service Participate in team meetings and training sessions Other duties as assigned

Skills / Knowledge Required:

1-3 years of previous experience as a bartender required Experience in a craft cocktail beverage program preferred Upscale dining or high-end restaurant experience/sensibility preferred Intermediate levels of wine/spirits knowledge considered, though advanced/specialized knowledge in these areas, preferred Willingness to learn and attend supplemental staff trainings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to hospitality Professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to work in a standing position for long periods * Able to reach and bend routinely and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
