Molly's team is seeking a friendly and efficient Weekend Day Shift Bartender to join our lively venue in . This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring smooth service during our busiest hours.

Molly's Responsibilities

Molly's responsibilities include:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently during weekend daytime hours. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Manage cash register operations accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders. Assist in event setups and breakdowns when needed. Uphold the company's standards for quality and hospitality.

Molly's Qualifications

Molly's qualifications include: Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a busy restaurant or bar setting. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards. Basic math skills for cash handling. Flexibility to work weekends during daytime shifts. Hospitality or restaurant experience is highly valued.
