Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting, showcasing excellent customer service skills and a passion for crafting beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing high-quality service and maintaining the bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system. Engage with customers, providing exceptional service while building rapport and ensuring satisfaction. Handle cash transactions responsibly, maintaining accurate records of sales. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Stay informed about drink trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance in beverage preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs. A passion for sales and promoting beverage offerings is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
