Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional

Bartender / Server

to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, whether at a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting. This role involves preparing and serving beverages and food, managing customer orders efficiently, and creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management skills and a solid understanding of food safety standards.

Duties

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in setting up for catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and alcohol service Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant, nightclub, or banquet service is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred Experience serving in fine dining or catering environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong skills in sales, upselling beverages, and customer engagement Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math proficiency for accurate billing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by hospitality venues

Pay: $16.50 per hour
