As a Bartender Server MOD (Manager on Duty), you will ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional food, beverage, and sports-watching experience. You'll be a hands-on member of a dynamic team, expertly managing service flow while crafting delicious beverages and serving tables with great American eats. What you'll do

Oversee daily operations of the bar and dining area, ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for every patron. Manage the systems to process orders efficiently and accurately. Train and mentor staff on food standards, cocktail preparation, proper pours, and service techniques. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation. Handle cash transactions with precision, maintaining accurate cashiering records. Monitor inventory levels, assisting with ordering supplies as needed to keep our bar stocked and ready for action. Work with the rest of the management team on daily communications and managing special events and private functions. Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and food handling practices to maintain a safe environment.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience and exceptional skills in a bartending and serving role within a fast-paced restaurant setting. Must be able to reliably work our open hours. Must have state liquor training or TIPS certification before serving guests here.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
