Job Description

The Bartender/Server prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and Health Department standards and policies. The Bartender is responsible for processing transactions using the company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain balanced cash drawer

Complete daily bar tending duties including cleaning and stocking the bar

Provide a high level of customer service

Maintain work station standards at all times

Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner

Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

QUALIFICATIONS

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands

Effectively operate and work with latest standard office technology

Must be detail oriented

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED

Prior bar tending experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have high level computer skills with experience in excel.
