Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while engaging with guests in a friendly manner Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and ensure proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and follow responsible serving policies Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly

Skills

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise is required Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing and mixing cocktails with flair Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions
