We're currently seeking a passionate, skilled bartender to join our team and help elevate our guests' experience with delicious drinks and outstanding service.

Position Overview:

You'll be responsible for crafting a variety of classic and craft cocktails, pouring wines, and providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure that every guest enjoys a top-tier dining and drinking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, wines, and beers. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in working order. Provide guests with recommendations on drink pairings and menu items. Ensure all drink orders are served in a timely and efficient manner. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating an enjoyable atmosphere. Assist in opening and closing duties, including stocking and cleaning the bar. Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred (Italian wine knowledge a plus). Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay is $35 - $50 with tips included*
