Job Description

We are looking for an experienced bartender who is passionate about their craft, enjoys people, and who is a team player. Growth mindset is a must. Cocktailing experience required. Knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, beer, wine, coffee & food is encouraged. Must be able and willing to serve, host, bus, barback, and do dishes when needed. We are a team who cares about our guests, works together as a team, and takes pride in the food and drink we serve.

Compensation includes $16.05 wage, tip pool, PTO, free shift meals and drinks, and 70% off all additional food and drinks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Create high end cocktails with speed and skill Interact warmly with guests, take orders and run food and drinks Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations Have or obtain an OLCC and food handlers card Nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Deescalate tense situations and cutting guests off when needed in firm and kind ways Clear and positive communication with team members Learn every day more about bartending ingredients, techniques, and trends every day

Skills

Multitask while maintaining a level head in a busy environment Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar perfectly organized, stocked and clean
