Job Overview


We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and experience working in fast-paced hospitality environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. The Bartender will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS, along with strong time management skills, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change. Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service and adherence to alcohol regulations. Restock bar supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events such as banquets or catering functions. Uphold all food safety protocols related to beverage preparation and serving. Assist in setting up for special events or private functions, including nightclubs or hospitality venues.

Qualifications



Previous experience in food service or hospitality, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, personable demeanor. Experience with serving in a variety of settings including catering, retail math applications, brewing environments, or the food industry is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old (or age applicable by local regulations) and able to work flexible hours including nights.
