We need someone that can work independently and with others. We are a non profit private club . We require friendly, energetic and accurate employees . Tips from patrons are shared with team members on duty.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Accurately take and process drink orders using POS system Toast. Manage cash handling responsibilities with attention to detail, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to meet demand without delay. Uphold all food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices. Contribute to creating an energetic environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender . Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or private parties.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.66 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
