Job Description
Job Summary
Bar-tenders are not only responsible for educating guests about craft beer and providing great guest service, but they are also in charge of holding bar backs and servers accountable for their respective job duties.
Skill Requirements
Knowledge of craft beer (Training will be provided)
Ability to upsell product
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to handle a fast paced environment
Duties
Greet guests in a timely manner.
Provide guests with draft, bottle, and food menus.
Give beer recommendations to guests.
Give alternatives to beers we don't carry or are out of stock on.
Maintain cleanliness of bar.
Maintain friendly conversation with guests.
Responsible for counting his/her drawer before his/her shift begins to ensure the proper amount is in the drawer and cashing out servers at end of shift if necessary.
Maintain his/her drawer during the shift, not letting any other staff member ring under his/her number.
Work as a team and keep morale up behind the bar.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4.10 - $6.50 per hour
