We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable

Bartender

to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience working in fast-paced environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing drink orders and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. The bartender will be responsible for serving beverages, handling cash and POS transactions, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining effective time management skills during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or bar settings. Assist with catering events or banquets as required, providing seamless beverage service in various settings. Uphold all food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Experience

Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous. Demonstrated skills in sales, upselling drinks, and customer service excellence. Experience in food industry settings including food service, catering, or retail math is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety standards related to beverage preparation and serving. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service standards. Pay: From $17.05 per hour
