You will receive an hourly as well as tips. Bartenders do very well at our location.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service. Restock bar supplies regularly and communicate inventory needs promptly. Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector will be advantageous. Pay: From $6.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
