We are a lively new restaurant that is opening an adjoining cocktail lounge and hiring for both locations! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage cash handling and Aloha POS transactions efficiently. Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety. Setting up and breaking down bar Ensure compliance with all food handling regulations and health codes related to beverage service. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by engaging with guests in a friendly, energetic manner.

Skills

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments is highly desirable. Proficiency with Aloha POS. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create positive interactions. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and management.

Pay: $11.00 - $100.00 per hour
