Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE STARTING 9.98$

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering when necessary. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed. Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu items to enhance customer experience.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the restaurant or retail environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs. Knowledge of sales techniques to promote beverages and specials effectively. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Understanding of brewing processes is advantageous for creating unique beverage offerings. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
