Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Adhere to food safety and alcohol regulations while serving drinks. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Create a vibrant atmosphere by promoting specials, events, or new menu items to guests.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices. Familiarity with fine dining standards and nightclub environments is preferred. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal. Sales skills to promote beverages and specials effectively.
