Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding service in both fine dining and nightclub settings.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, glassware, and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
