What you'll do

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision. Engage with guests to create memorable experiences through friendly conversation and personalized service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Process transactions efficiently using shift4 POS systems while managing cash handling accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service during busy shifts, including catering events. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly. Stay informed about drink trends and menu offerings to make recommendations that enhance guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.

Basic qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to impress our guests.
