THE JOB:

As a

Bartender in Kitchen Service, you will keep the heart of the operation flowing by crafting drinks efficiently and accurately for our service team. You'll maintain a clean, organized bar area while showcasing your knowledge of cocktails, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic offerings. Behind the scenes, your speed, precision, and attention to detail will ensure every guest receives a perfectly prepared beverage--helping create the WOW moments that define the Beau Rivage experience.

THE STARTING RATE:

$12.25 an hour plus tips

THE SCHEDULE:

Swing Shift | Full Time


Monday - Wednesday: 3:00pm - 1:00am


Sunday: 5:00am - 3:00pm


Off: Friday & Saturday

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Make and serve alcoholic and non?alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes, and provide food service as needed Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar Ring poured or served beverages; collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
