Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payment transactions. Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering products. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Assist in catering events or banquets as required, providing exceptional service to guests.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods and cocktail recipes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices within the food industry. Experience with cashiering, retail math, and cash handling is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
