Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while expertly crafting beverages and ensuring a high standard of hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking drink orders in a friendly and efficient manner. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in banquet services as required, contributing to event setups and breakdowns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns promptly. Stay informed about new products, trends, and techniques in the beverage industry to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers and POS systems. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of brewing techniques is an advantage, along with familiarity with various spirits, wines, and cocktails. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role. Pay range minimum pay+ tips.
