Job Summary


We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a Bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, craft high-quality drinks, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety, alcohol handling, and hospitality standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings, providing memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Toast Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy using retail math and basic math skills. Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours efficiently. Assist in setting up for special events such as nightclubs or private banquets when required.

Requirements



Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurant, nightclub, or banquet settings. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Experience serving in fine dining or nightlife venues preferred. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Must be at least 18 years old with proper food handling certification if required by local regulations. Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
