Job Summary

7 Monks Taproom Grand Rapids is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. If you have a love for craft beer, the ability to provide exceptional customer service, and know how to create memorable experiences for our guests, we are looking for you!

Duties

- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for service

Qualifications

- Previous experience in bartending
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and beer serving
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Willing to work as a team to provide excellent service
- Availability to work evenings and nights
- Weekend Availability
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
