Job Overview:

Pike's Landing seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment

- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality standards

- TAPS card required

Skills:

- Customer service

- Basic math

- Cash handling

- Knowledge of catering practices

- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus

- Experience in the food industry

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of brewing techniques is advantageous

- Proficiency in retail math for inventory management
