We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced

Bartender

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service experiences Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service

Qualifications

Experience as a bartender for at least 6 months is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Experience in food handling, serving, catering, or retail math is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including nights; experience in hospitality or food industry is highly desirable
