Overview

We are seeking a friendly and experienced

Bartender

to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent knowledge of POS systems, and a commitment to food safety and responsible alcohol service. The

Bartender

will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling, including processing payments efficiently and accurately. Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages. Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a positive environment for guests in settings such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments. Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas during events or shifts.

Experience

Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet halls, or food service environments is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Proven ability in sales techniques to upsell beverages and enhance guest satisfaction. Experience in food safety practices, including proper food handling and responsible alcohol service. Knowledge of the food industry, retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions. Prior experience in hospitality roles involving serving, catering, or food industry operations is advantageous. Pay: $10.00 per hour
