Job Description

The Sail Loft has quickly turned into over a $4 million restaurant that does more than 30% in bar sales. As a part of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing memorable guest experiences and relentless hospitality. Your tool kit should include a deep knowledge of spirits and wines and assist you in making quality recommendations for the guest. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that when every guest is leaving our establishment, they are thinking about the next time they will be walking back through the door. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success and strong efforts in a fast-paced and bar dominant environment.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Understand our guest obsessed culture and come into every shift willing to do whatever it takes to create a memorable and positive guest experience. Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all questions menu, service and history related. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each seat regularly and anticipating guest needs. Handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues plus one to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Be organized and maintain a clean area.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years experience TIPS Certified Preferred Prior knowledge of POSI Experience in fast-paced restaurant or bar Positive attitude and high energy Ability to multitask


The Sail Loft is a neighborhood family restaurant with items on our menu for everyone. In the past three years of being under Servedwell Hospitality's ownership, the restaurant has doubled sales since opening the doors, we have over 130 seats and plans underway to expand due to the tremendous success.
