Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience while taking orders accurately using POS systems. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food and beverages, regularly cleaning work areas, and following health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures; process payments swiftly while providing excellent customer service. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere in nightclubs or upscale dining environments while ensuring compliance with all food industry safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; previous retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of POS systems a plus but not required; ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales and cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation and service. Experience working in a wedding industry environment and knowledge of brewing processes are a plus. Earn extra cash and tips by working Saturday evening weddings. Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
