Pay:

$7/hour + tips (based on experience)

Crescendo is a restaurant and music venue rooted in California freshness, New York flavor, and North Carolina familiarity. Our bar program is an essential part of the experience--designed to be social, creative, and welcoming. We're seeking Bartenders who are confident behind the bar, passionate about craft beverages, and genuinely enjoy connecting with guests.

About the Bar Program

Full bar with a focus on craft cocktails using fresh ingredients and house-prepared elements Emphasis on local spirits whenever possible A thoughtfully curated wine program, highlighting California and New York producers A small, intentional beer list with quality and balance A large bar top designed for guest interaction and experience--not just service well production

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency and care Engage guests at the bar with warmth, knowledge, and personality Guide guests through the cocktail menu, wine selections, and spirits offerings Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient bar workspace Support service bar needs while prioritizing bar-top guest experience Collaborate with management on maintaining bar standards and execution Uphold responsible alcohol service and safety standards

What We're Looking For

Social, guest-focused bartenders who enjoy building rapport Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer (craft experience preferred) Ability to work nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts Previous bartending experience required
