Responsibilities

The bartender is continually practicing responsible service, supporting the team and stewarding each guest's experience. Able to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of Barbacks Serve each guest with kindness, enthusiasm and a genuine smile Uphold the core values of the company Ensure no-one is over served. Know all the products, drink recipes and preparation techniques of the bar Handle guest transactions accurately, efficiently & respectfully Acknowledgment & putting a napkin down (further acknowledgment) Fail forward when mistakes ultimately happen Calm, cool demeanor. Ensure quality over quickness Complete BASSET &/or TIPS certification

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, preferably in cocktail or fine dining settings Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems preferably TOAST Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and simple ratio based math Knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and recipes of their components Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $12.62 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 36 per week
