Pay Range



$11.79/hour plus tips! ($15/hour to $40/hour)

A Day In The Life




The best Via 313 bartenders will be prepared for a day full of fun and upbeat tasks. You'll wear many hats, but your primary responsibilities are to serve alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages with confidence and creativity while always keeping the bar stocked up on supplies. Customers should expect nothing less than an enjoyable experience from you-someone who is outgoing and friendly both behind the bar or in casual conversation outside it!

The pizza at Via 313 is inspired by traditional Detroit-Style pies (Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, Niki's) and the best traditional pizzas in the region.

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado HFWA)




As a Colorado employer, we provide paid sick leave benefits in compliance with the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).

Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. Accrual begins on your first day of employment and can be used as it is earned. Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, the care of a family member, or certain other qualifying reasons (including public health emergencies). Unused sick leave carries over each year, with a maximum annual use of 48 hours. In the event of a declared public health emergency, additional paid leave may be available.
