What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

Bartender has a full understanding of Prodigy Burger Bar, beverages, wine and practices. Primary responsibilities include building relationships with our Guests; setting up, maintaining, and operating all aspects of the bar and restaurant; and preparing service of beverages, in accordance with standard recipes. The bar and restaurant area is jointly maintained by the front of house team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Build a rapport with our guests and lead them through our dining experience
• Must be knowledgeable about the menu to help take our guest on a culinary journey.
• Confidently and precisely listen to our guests
• Positively and professionally assisting with guests or team members through any dilemmas
• Preparing correct information and final payment with updated POS technology
• Ability to assess fellow team members and help wherever possible.
• All task for you shifts have been completed to the highest of your abilities
• Adheres to all company procedures, policies, expectations, and quality standards
• Additional Tasks and responsibilities maybe assigned by the manager on duty at that time.

Skills

• Proven restaurant serving or serving experience
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment and react quickly to changes.
• High school diploma is a plus but not required
