Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a positive and impactful manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively communicate our brand values and offerings. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and fostering relationships with customers.

Duties

Taking food/drink orders Pouring Beers Explaining how our unique service model works Engage with customers to promote our products and services, ensuring a memorable experience. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize sales techniques to encourage product purchases and increase brand loyalty. Maintain knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Cleaning Tables/Bussing tables Assist with the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory, supplies, and merchandise. Learning names of and creating a report with our clientele Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in all areas of operation. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Perform nightly closing and cleaning duties with good attention to detail - bar area, floors, tables, bathrooms, etc. Being self-motivated, with initiative get things done. Jump in and help out where needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with catering operations is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is beneficial. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
