Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Bartender/Barista to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Ideal candidates will have experience in food and beverage service, excellent time management skills, and a passion for hospitality. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with a background in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and consistency Take customer orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously Assist with food service when needed, including serving food during catering or banquet events Manage multiple tasks such as order taking, serving, and processing payments while maintaining high-quality service standards Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Support the team during busy hours by managing time effectively to serve guests promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or hospitality is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to work night shifts or weekends may be required depending on the establishment's hours of operation Previous experience with brewing or beverage preparation is advantageous
