Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event teams for catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling are essential for accurate transactions. Background in the food industry or hospitality environment that includes serving food and beverages confidently.
