Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced restaurant showcasing exceptional customer service skills and a knowledge of cocktails. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to patrons, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area as well as having server responsibilities.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere and ensure their satisfaction. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, especially during banquets or special events. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Provide support to fellow team members as needed to enhance overall service efficiency.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Starting pay will be $25 per hour flat no tips.
Our hours for this position are Monday-Saturday 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.
