- Lively atmosphere
- Greet customers when they enter the restaurant.
- Make recommendations to customers about food and beverage choices.
- Know the ingredients used in the dishes served and those found in drinks.
- Learn the history of various wine grapes. Serve customers in a timely manner and according to their specifications.
- Answer any questions about food or beverages that customers may have.
- Observe customer at meal or cocktail service to ensure that they are satisfied.
