What you'll do

Provide outstanding customer service by attentively taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly. Ensure a smooth dining experience by efficiently managing multiple tables and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence. Assist in banquet setups, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly for special events. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling to guarantee guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or fine dining settings. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.

Preferred qualifications

Experience as a barista or dietary aide is a plus! Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations. A background in food preparation or culinary arts is advantageous.
