Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barre Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to motivate and educate clients in various fitness disciplines. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to share their knowledge of Ballet, body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology with others.

Duties

Lead engaging group fitness classes that cater to a diverse range of skill levels and abilities. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety protocols. Design personalized fitness programs that align with individual goals and needs. Provide instruction in specialized areas such as dance, and group fitness. Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal results. Foster a supportive and motivating environment that encourages client participation and retention. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to enhance program offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience in group fitness instruction. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics. Certification in relevant fitness disciplines (Group Fitness) or Ballet Instruction is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire clients. Ability to design effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs. A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Flexibility to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
